1. Scope of Policy

This Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to all purchases made on bpoflow.com and app.bpoflow.com operated by Bpoflow LLC. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Customers may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date.
  • Refund requests submitted after the 14-day refund period may not be eligible for a refund.
  • This Policy does not affect any statutory rights available under applicable consumer protection laws.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us at support@bpoflow.com with:

  • Your order details
  • The email address used during purchase
  • A brief description of your request

If eligible, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider and financial institution.

4. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel future subscription renewals at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@bpoflow.com.

Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically generate a refund for payments already processed, except where required under this Policy or applicable law.

5. Payment Processing

All purchases are securely processed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record.

Additional buyer terms and refund rights may apply under Paddle's policies.
